2. Streamlined promotions -Pipelines simplifies the promotion of features/changes between environments, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors caused by manual interventions. Promote single or multiple work items up the pipeline with a few clicks. 

3. Back-promote changes - Pipelines also helps to ensure all environments, including personal sandboxes, stay aligned. For example, if a change is promoted from Dev 1 to UAT and then to Production, Dev 2 might not have that change. With Pipelines, you can easily filter specific work items to track their progress through environments and back-promote changes to any skipped environments.
