Customer Success Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Complete ownership of customer onboarding and adoption
  • Proactively build relationships with customers to create mutual trust
  • Build a comprehensive adoption plan with the customer
  • Act as advisor to customers to ensure they’re leveraging the salto solution effectively
  • Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and promote greater adoption rates
  • Deliver and communicate ROI to customers, throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Work closely with Support and Customer Engineering teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Conduct QBRs with key stakeholders on the customer’s team
  • Manage renewals end-to-end, including generating quote and following through till the signature process
  • Drive upsell revenue through introductions into additional use cases that could leverage salto.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Project Management, Account Management, Management Consulting, or another customer-facing role.
  • Must have experience working on complicated SaaS B2B technical product (DevOps, application monitoring, software release tools, and/or broader cloud-native application infrastructure platforms).
  • Customer facing experience with technical teams on the customer’s side - developers, highly technical IT/security teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience interacting with Product/Engineering teams

Advantages:

  • An engineering/IT BA/BSc degree or hands on technical experience.
